Refund policy

Damages and issues 

We will exercise due diligence in packing our sold items before mailing them out. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused during transit or delivery.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you had received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Care
Please take note that most of our products are handmade. We do not accept responsibility for wear and tear or mis-use and rough -handling leading to damage.

Please avoid wearing our jewellery items during showers, saunas, spas, swimming or activities which may expose the bracelets to high temperatures and harsh chemicals. Avoid sprays, perfumes, strong household chemicals or detergents on them too. These may cause the hardware to tarnish.

 

Exchanges

Please take note that most of our products are handmade. The actual colours may differ slightly from that seen in the pictures due to editing and lighting of personal devices. Also, each gemstone is uniquely one of its kind. Thus, the colours and line patterns found on each gemstone will differ from another. We do not accept returns based on that. We do not accept returns based on that.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For jewellery items, earrings sold are non- exchangeable for hygiene purposes.
